FIS launches an agentic AI suite aimed at the CFO’s cash and risk decisions
Agentic Insights Suite is designed to connect ERP, treasury and CRM data with external signals for liquidity forecasting, risk scoring and scenario analysis.

FIS launched Agentic Insights Suite on October 12, 2026, positioning the product as an intelligence layer for the office of the CFO. The suite is designed to bring together data from enterprise resource planning, treasury and customer-relationship systems with external credit and public information, then use agentic AI to surface liquidity and risk decisions.
The product is aimed at a familiar corporate-finance problem: the information needed to understand cash and risk is spread across systems that were built for different teams. A treasury system may show balances and forecasts, an ERP may hold payables and receivables, and a CRM may contain customer exposure. Connecting those sources can give finance leaders a fuller picture, but it also makes permissions, data lineage and exception handling central to the product’s usefulness.
FIS says Agentic Insights Suite supports real-time risk scoring, liquidity management, multi-horizon cash-flow forecasting and financial scenario simulation. The agentic framing means the system is meant to recommend actions rather than only display charts. That does not make the recommendations self-validating: finance teams still need to decide which actions require human approval, how forecasts are stress-tested and how the system behaves when source data is late or contradictory.
The launch announcement did not disclose customer counts, transaction volumes or a quantified forecast-accuracy improvement. The near-term test is therefore operational rather than promotional. Finance teams will want to know which systems connect natively, how quickly data updates, whether forecasts can be reconciled to the general ledger, and how the suite records the reasoning and approvals behind an action.
FIS is entering a crowded market for treasury analytics and enterprise AI, but its payments and financial-technology footprint gives it a route into organizations that already depend on its infrastructure. The value of an agentic CFO product will be measured by fewer surprises and faster, better-controlled decisions — not simply by the number of AI agents included in the interface.
