IDT’s BOSS Money remittance unit drives fintech segment to record $176 million in fiscal 2026
IDT Corporation reported record fiscal-year 2026 results in its fintech segment, led by its BOSS Money international remittance brand, alongside continued growth at its net2phone communications unit.

IDT Corporation reported record fiscal-year 2026 results in its Fintech segment, driven primarily by BOSS Money, its international money-transfer and remittance brand. The segment generated $176.0 million in revenue for the year, a 14% increase over the prior fiscal year, while income from operations grew 40% to $21.5 million and Adjusted EBITDA rose 41% to $26.2 million — all growth rates outpacing the segment’s top-line increase, pointing to improving margins as the remittance business scales.
Within the Fintech segment, BOSS Money’s digital revenue — transfers initiated through its app and website rather than through agent locations — reached $119.4 million for the year, up 21%. That digital growth rate running ahead of the segment’s overall 14% revenue growth suggests IDT’s remittance customers are increasingly shifting from physical agent-based transfers toward app-based digital channels, a trend that has also played out at larger remittance competitors in recent years.
IDT, a diversified telecommunications and fintech holding company, also reported growth at net2phone, its cloud communications subsidiary, which is reported separately from the Fintech segment. Net2phone’s fiscal 2026 subscription revenue grew 11% to $94.9 million, with income from operations up 84% to $9.1 million and Adjusted EBITDA up 33% to $16.1 million. Together, the results reflect continued expansion across both of IDT’s non-legacy growth businesses, even as the company’s roots remain in international calling and telecom services.
